Eggs In Tomato Sauce (Shakshouka) for Breakfast
RECIPE:
- 100 g Butter
- 14 Marinated Tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 Green Pepper
- 1/4 cup of Parsley
- 8 room temperature Eggs
Heat oil over medium heat, add the crushed tomatoes,salt, cumin and green pepper, cook 5 min until sauce thickened. Add beaten eggs, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
