(Shakshuka) Eggs in Tomato Sauce with parsley recipe



RECIPE:

- 100 g Butter
- 14 Marinated Tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup of Parsley
- 3  room temperature Eggs


Heat oil over medium heat, add  the crushed tomatoes,salt, cook 5 min until sauce thickened. Add eggs, cover and cook for  5 minutes. Enjoy!
